Disclaimer on Honey Appearance: Please note that we offer pure, raw honey. Our honey has not been pasteurized or ultra-filtered. Therefore, it is normal and expected for the honey to crystallize over time. This is proof of its purity! Either use it as a solid spread, or to re-liquify place the jar in hot, but not boiling, water. It also is completely normal for small air bubbles or crystallized foam to appear at the top of the jar. Once again, this is proof of the raw honey's purity. Bloom Honey is the real deal.
However, If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for replacement or refund. Our return policy is 30 days from date of purchase, accompanied by:
